Public Help Needed Involving Hit And Run On Hwy 23 Killing A Roseglen Woman

The North Dakota Highway Patrol says a 31-year-old woman was struck by a vehicle on Highway 23 one mile east of New Town around 3:45 a.m. Friday morning ( 8/4/2023). A witness told the authorities the vehicle left the scene. The FBI is asking for the public’s help following this hit and run incident that killed a Roseglen woman. The incident is under investigation by the FBI with the assistance of the NDHP, Three Affiliated Tribes Police, and Mountrail County Sheriff’s Department. Law enforcement is asking the public to call in any information related to the incident.
